Rachel is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist based in North Dublin.
Having spent 10+ years coaching teams in rugby union, Gaelic football, hurling, soccer and hockey in both Ireland and New Zealand she now specialises in training athletes and clients on a one-to-one basis in a private setting.
“Working one-to-one allows us to get more in-depth with each athlete and find that extra 1% in training. No two athletes are the same. So from load tracking & velocity profiling to the very specifics of movement mechanics for speed, agility and performance, we programme training based on each individual athletes needs and goals”…
She currently works with a variety of clients including hurlers, soccer players, golfers, BJJ athletes, MMA fighters and youth athletes of all ages and abilities and also caters for general population clients who want to train in strength and conditioning.
Her special interests include post-rehabilitation training, speed mechanics and power development.
She is currently studying towards becoming a Barefoot Training Specialist.
