I had the same experience in football again this week so it wasn't an isolated incident!! I'd say my agility has gone from 1 or 2 out of 5 to about 3 or 4 since we started. Makes me think I should have figured this out years ago!
Rachel forgot to text you after training yesterday. Felt much better with the turns and getting off the mark in that session. Small little things we worked definitely came in handy! The difference from doing it in the gym to the pitch is crazy, in a good way
Survived the MMA class,went great! 45 mins of kicking drills would you believe... was in my element... Brand new this morning. Changed it up a bit and sprinted some of the route... was gassed so walked the rest, back is grand
